Meet our mentees, Lucy Stevens and Jess Dendle

LucY Stevens

Lucy is the brewer and co-founder of Closet Brewing. She started home brewing 5 years ago in a small cupboard in her first flat in Leith, and officially opened Closet Brewing last July with her wife Lizzie.

She try and brew a bit of everything; from sours to stouts, IPAs to lagers; whatever flavours pique her interest!

Lucy is mentored by Jenn Merrick from Big Smoke Brew Co.

Jess Dendle

Jess is a Marketing undergraduate who loves craft beer. She joined the industry just over two years ago when Cloudwater created a marketing job role for her for the placement year of her degree. She’s learnt so much in a short space of time and she’s looking forward to growing and learning more in the company of the phenomenal women at WiB.
