Meet our mentees, Elizabeth Townsend and Eddie Doyle

Elizabeth Townsend

Elizabeth Townsend is the co-founder and owner of Kerroo Brewing Company, a craft brewery and taproom in the Isle of Man. Based in the stunning seaside village of Port Erin, Kerroo will pioneer modern, innovative craft beer styles alongside a community taproom and events space. Elizabeth is a qualified teacher and previously worked at Universal Music Group as a classical press officer, bringing a wealth of experience to her new venture, which she will launch alongside her partner Nick Scarffe in late 2023. Eddie Doyle

Eddie is an apprentice brewer from Newcastle Upon Tyne working for Full Circle Brew Co. She had worked in hospitality and craft beer since being 18, and alongside work as a freelance artist. She decided to take the jump into brewing full time earlier this summer. She’s delighted to be working her dream job, and to be a part of Women In Beer.
